THE NEW CONCEPT

The distinguishing feature of Maison Bio Sun is the combination of the characteristics of pharmacy products such as purity, clinical excellence and quality, with the appeal of perfumery products – the look & feel and availability.
Maison Bio Sun reflects the evolution of the cosmetics world
It is a brand that can compete in terms of performance, elegance, texture and communications with major selective cosmetic brands skin care and body care.

VISUAL LANGUAGE, ART DIRECTION and graphic elements

The visual identity of Maison Bio Sun was created with continuity in mind; it had to reflect the product extension and relationship with the main brand, Maison Bio. This was done by working from the original design but integrating warm colours into palette and a graphic pattern of sunrays, evoking a feeling of beauty, symbolism and summer.

Starting from the old backpacking we redesigned the graphic layout, maintaining its heritage while exploring the new by redefining the colour code of the packaging focusing on the connection with the sun and leisure.
Lines were deigned to be clean and minimal to express a distinctive elegance and highlighting the quality. The designs were also used in advertising campaigns, corporate materials and other publications.

ICON SYSTEM

A system of icons was also created for content description and to enhance the new communication system. The product line consists of several different products with different use; sun care for body, for the face and for hair, and also with different protection levels. For the high protection line, for example, a little heart was designed, to show that the line was suitable and recommended for babies and small children.
