Branding the spirit of Milanese living
For over ten years, Santa Tecla Immobiliare has been specialising in the sale and purchase of prestigious residential and commercial properties. Santa Tecla has established a position of authority in the domestic real estate market of Milan and continues to grow as a company and as professionals, setting increasingly ambitious goals.
Nascent was tasked with organising and defining a cohesive brand architecture in order to enhance Santa Tecla’s uniqueness by emphasising their values and distinguishing characteristics. In response to market positioning, we refreshed the company’s logo and evolved their brand image and visual language. Lastly, we created an intriguing identity system as the foundation for designing a new website.
To reinterpret Santa Tecla’s brand icon, we drew inspiration from Milanese “portals” that symbolise the beginning of a new life or a significant change in one’s current life.
Every identity element – logo, colour, typography and pattern – was brought together in corporate stationery and merchandising applications.
The intriguing identity system worked as the foundation for designing a new website for Santa Tecla to ensure their online presence.
